I was disappointed with the lack of efficient communication from staff. The heated boot room was poorly maintained, resulting in wet boots. I also found the late check-out on request was not honored. it ruined my travel plans.

The rooms are really spacious with large bathtubs. Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable.

The hotel's location is ideal for skiing, with direct access to the piste and close proximity to both the Hohe Mut Bahn I gondola and the Robkarbahn chair lift. The wellness facilities provide a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes, while the spacious and well-kept room adds to the overall comfort of my stay.

This place suits me perfectly, offering ski storage, free parking, and a wonderful restaurant. I remember on my first stay, the staff kindly assisted me with my bags. I highly recommend enjoying their excellent gluten-free options. I'm coming back for Easter!

The panoramic apartment (306) felt spacious and beautiful, ideal for our family of four. We had a lovely balcony off both the living area and bedroom with stunning views of the slope. Ski-in and ski-out access saved us a lot of hassle. We opted for half board, and the food was exceptional. Each meal showcased amazing presentation and flavors, possibly too refined for the kids. For our family dynamics, I'd suggest self-catering for most days, then enjoying restaurant meals every couple of nights. The staff were genuinely friendly and always eager to assist. after a long day on the slopes, I found the distance from the village to be a bit inconvenient, particularly if anyone in our group had mobility issues. One day, my partner injured her leg, and the request for assistance to the medical center was met with the suggestion to book a taxi, despite seeing a hotel car pass us. Our experience was great, but some aspects could use more attention to enhance overall comfort.

We stayed in a spacious superior double room with a lovely balcony. The bathroom was nice and clean, with twin basins and a separate shower. Beds were comfy, but I struggled a bit since it was a different bed. Wi-Fi was decent, though logging in took a moment. Views from the room added to the charm, but phone signal was weak down low. a bright and clean room made for a relaxing stay.
